Jeffrey Dann
CEO
Jeff was one of the founding partners of RJ2 Technologies in 1998. For over 14 years, Jeff served as the President and CEO of RJ2 Technologies providing a full complement of valued technology solutions targeted towards small and midmarket customers. Jeff is fully committed to helping customers utilize technology in a manner that improves their business efficiency, deliver timely information and allows the primary focus to be on operating and growing their business.
Prior to RJ2 Technologies, Jeff was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pollak and Skan, Inc. overseeing twelve offices across the United States and employing over 800 employees who provided IT and technical consulting services to a variety of industry customers. Jeff was also the manager of Administration and Human Resources for an international oil and gas engineering company specializing in the design and build of oil and gas production facilities on and off shore.
Jeff is currently a standing member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau in Chicago. Prior to that he served multiple terms as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Technical Services Association (NTSA), Executive Board Member and President and Director of the Midwest Chapter of the NTSA.
Shawn Meyer
Director of Client Services
Shawn has over 20 years experience in utilizing various technologies for implementation, management, and administration of Fortune 100 Enterprise Level distributed environments. As part of the management team, Shawn oversees Enterprise IT and Consulting engagements for RJ2 Technologies’s clients.
Prior to RJ2 Technologies, Shawn was the regional IT manager for a large entertainment corporation and was recognized for his change management leadership during a complex system-wide conversion to digital media. In addition, Shawn has worked with various clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and three energetic kids and volunteers for a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Chicagoland area.
Angelo Vinceslao
Director of Technology
Angelo is responsible for managing RJ2 Technologies’ overall technology vision as well as providing the organization's customer base with outsourced virtual CIO/CTO services. Utilizing over 20 years of industry experience, Angelo has a passion for improving and optimizing technology solutions for the RJ2 Technologies' customer base. Angelo takes pride in collaborating with your team to transform business problems into strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining RJ2 Technologies, Angelo was the Chief Technology Officer for a large moving and storage organization where he increased speed to market by 30%, increased system uptime to an impressive 99.995%, and increased the productivity of IT by 26%.
Angelo is also a long-standing faculty member at Moraine Valley Community College, where he teaches Information Technology, Computer Networking, Microsoft, and Cisco certification courses. Angelo additionally possesses many industry level certifications with Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft and is constantly committed to education.
Angelo enjoys spending time with his family, making music and drumming in his band, and keeping up with the latest and greatest technology trends.
Heather Simek
Vice President of Business Administration
Heather Simek is a highly qualified professional who has been in the Information Technology Field since 1985. She started her career in Customer Service/Project Management and moved quickly into an Executive Account Manager Role. She took a break to raise a family and re-entered the professional field in 2001.
Heather joined RJ2 Technologies as a bookkeeper and payroll specialist in 2012. In 2017 she was named Vice President of Business Administration overseeing both Operations and Human Resources for the company.
Eric Schreiber
Supervisor of Client Support
Eric is responsible for managing the high level of support that RJ2 Technologies’ provides to our clients. Eric works closely with the Network Operations team to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. He has a passion for increasing the satisfaction of RJ2 Technologies’ clients by developing effective methods to increase the efficiency of the support team.
Prior to joining RJ2 Technologies, Eric was the IT Manager for a large Volvo Construction dealership. During his time with the company, he refreshed the IT infrastructure which immediately increased the performance for all users and locations. Eric managed SLA’s for all tickets and kept them under the allotted threshold. Eric was responsible for vendor management for all IT services and was a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO of the company.
Eric enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and being an active member with his alma mater’s football team. Eric earned his BS in Computer Science from Saint Xavier University where he currently acts as the technical advisor to the football team. Eric was a starting offensive lineman while attending the university. During his coaching tenure, the team won the university first national championship in 2011.
